The Role
Job Posting for Technician – Supply Chain Operations Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Division: KSA Department: Supply Chain Section: Operations Reports To: Sr. Operations Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Technician to install, maintain, and repair a range of dispensers, including paper towel, soap, sanitizer, air fresheners, and related equipment. The role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of dispensers and aroma diffusers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Duties & Responsibilities: Installation & Commissioning: • Install and commission dispensers (paper towel, soap, sanitizer, air fresheners). • Connect dispensers with building management systems (BMS) where applicable. • Test and verify the functionality of equipment. • Provide training to clients on operation and maintenance. Preventive Maintenance: • Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks. • Inspect, clean, and replace parts as necessary. • Lubricate moving parts and optimize dispenser performance. Breakdown Maintenance: • Troubleshoot and repair faulty dispensers. • Conduct both in-house and on-site repairs as needed. • Replace damaged parts with genuine replacements. Refilling & Stocking: • Refill dispensers with consumables as needed. • Maintain adequate stock levels in coordination with the Operations Executive. Other Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs and repair reports. • Follow safety regulations and procedures. • Provide excellent customer service. • Participate in training and development programs. Equipment Handling: • Safely handle tools and equipment. • Maintain all tools and equipment. Communication & Reporting: • Communicate service activities and equipment performance to clients, supervisors, and team members. • Prepare and submit service reports.

Requirements
Academic Qualifications: • Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) OR ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Trade. Experience: • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of dispensing equipment. Skills and Competencies: • Technical Skills: Strong ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in dispensers. • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients. • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. • Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to safety protocols. • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments. • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments. • Adaptability: Flexible to handle changing tasks and new skills. • Operations Executive: Daily service reports, coordination of service schedules, safety concerns, and training requests. • Sales Department: Identify sales opportunities, provide customer feedback, and occasionally assist during presentations. • Clients: Communicate service updates, address concerns, and build rapport. • Contractors: Coordinate with other contractors to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth operations. • Other Service Providers: Coordinate service schedules and ensure proper maintenance of dispensers
