What's the Role?
The Tool Service Centre Technician is part of the TSC team for Hilti Saudi and is responsible for always offering an exceptional level of repair, specifically focusing on quality, speed, and costs of repair of Hilti tools.

What does the role involve?
The purpose of the role is to analyse, repair and test Hilti tools in line with global repair and workflow standards. The role involves working and participating in a lean environment, working efficiently, and contributing to continuous improvement. The job holder needs to sustain a passion for the customer as a trigger to drive service levels and repair quality.

What you need is:
- Technical degree (Electrical/Mechanical preferred)
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent teamwork and commitment to achieve great results
- Strong communications skills with proficiency in English – written and verbal
- High commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, highly energetic, outgoing character
- Willingness and ambition to develop and explore different areas of the business
