Role Purpose
A Technician Level 2 is expected to perform maintenance and repairs, of the agreed equipment/systems, to the required manufactures standards.

4 to 6 years’ work experience repairing and maintaining heavy vehicles or equipment.

Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Independently perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on equipment and systems, aligned with personal experience and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with team members as needed to ensure the timely and effective completion of assigned tasks.
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve a wide range of faults, utilizing manufacturer documentation and technical resources.
- Achieve and maintain expected levels of Utilization, Productivity, and Efficiency in accordance with manufacturer-standard times.
- Adhere strictly to company and manufacturer policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Uphold the highest level of professionalism when interacting with colleagues and discussing technical matters.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as required.
- Follow all Health and Safety regulations and ensure safe working practices are consistently observed.
- Continuously update product knowledge and attend relevant training sessions to stay current with industry developments.
- High school education.
- Heavy vehicle technician or equivalent manufactures qualification.
4 to 6 years’ work experience repairing and maintaining heavy vehicles or equipment.
