Your mission:

Hello there and welcome to your new challenge here at Sungrow.

We want You to help us provide the MENA region with more clean energy, for residential and utility projects.

  • Interface between our customers and Sungrow.
  • Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
  • Run a diagnosis on errors or technical problems.
  • Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.
  • Perform all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks as well as upgrades or rework activities.
  • Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
  • Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.
  • Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.
  • Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
  • Support MENA Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities.
  • Achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings and respond appropriate to customer feedback on areas for improvement.
  • Prepare documentations and work instructions (in English)
  • Participate in the claim management and RMA process.
  • Documentation for QA, customer feedback and analysis support.
  • Take over randomly on call duties, partly on weekends and nights.
  • Above requirement is for both residential and utility projects.


Your profile:

  • Education as an Electrical technician or Engineer.
  • Experience in Energy Storage Systems.
  • Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial.
  • Experience in claim handling, solution finding and execution.
  • Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
  • Ability to work independently and structured in an international environment.
  • Strong customer orientation, good discipline, team spirit and self-motivation.
  • Language requirements: English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and comparable software tools.
  • Driving license.
  • Based in Saudi (VISA support will be provided).
  • Willing to work on-call duty AND to travel locally and within the region.
  • Work from home office.
