Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

An experienced Technical Project Manager with strong infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies expertise. To coordinate across IT, DevOps, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional infrastructure, networking, and cloud projects from initiation to completion, including system upgrades, data center migrations, network architecture enhancements, and cloud implementations.
• Oversee hybrid infrastructure deployments and ensure seamless integration between on-premises systems and cloud platforms (OCI).
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and DevOps teams to align project goals, technical requirements, and operational workflows.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets using tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, disaster recovery, and high availability best practices in all infrastructure and cloud-related projects.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for network designs, infrastructure configurations, and deployment procedures.
• Engage with vendors and third-party service providers for infrastructure services, cloud solutions, and managed services.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management with a focus on IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud services.
• Experience managing projects involving cloud platforms such as OCI.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud infrastructure, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of IT security, backup/recovery, and compliance standards.

Preferred:

• PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, or cloud certification.
• Background in monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Worked previously within the operations department.
