Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing technical projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our organization's objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
  • Manage complex technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to senior management
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for technical services and products

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • In-depth technical expertise in relevant fields such as software development, IT infrastructure, or systems engineering
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Experience with quality assurance processes and methodologies
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and IT operations
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Agile) are highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
