We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with 8+ years of experience to oversee the successful delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of microservice architecture along with hands-on experience in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node) to ensure scalable and efficient project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
  • Leverage expertise in microservices and the MEAN stack to guide technical decision-making and solution implementation.
  • Identify process improvements, manage resource allocation, and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, mentoring team members and fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in technical delivery or project management roles with a focus on software development.
  • Deep understanding of microservice architectures and experience with the MEAN stack.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within the MENA region and familiarity with local technologies and business practices is a plus.
