Post: Junior Project Execution Engineer/ Technical Assitant

Education Qualification: B.E / B Tech (Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics)

Responsibilities

• Support YMA Engineering Team in the design of Analyser Systems
• Raise Purchase Requisition in Dprocure portal with respect to Master BOM and Engineering Documents.
• Follow up with YMA Procurement & Vendors to get the PO’s released to meet the sub-vendor items delivery schedule indicated in the overall project schedule.
• Follow up with vendors & YMA logistics team for timely delivery of PO items to SPARK ASI to meet the integration schedule indicated in the overall project schedule.
• Co-ordinate with Production Team for timely completion of Integration activities.
• Involve in In-Process inspections, Vendor Inspections, Internal testing & FAT of Analyser Systems along with SPARK ASI Testing, QC, Production, Project & Engineering Teams.
• Co-ordinate and work together with QC, Production, Project & Engineering Teams to close punch points of FAT & In-Process Inspections.
• Supervise Packing and Packing Inspections post FAT along with Production & QC Teams.
• Supervise Delivery of post packing along with Production & QC Teams.
• Support in SPDP preparation in co-ordination with Engineering Team.
• Support in Manufacturer Data Book preparation in co-ordination with Engineering & Quality
