We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Teacher/Education Specialist to join our team at Freelancerprox in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and help shape their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and techniques to cater to different learning styles
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and improve educational programs
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to update them on their child's progress
- Stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate them into the classroom
- Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions
- Adhere to school policies and procedures to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Teaching certification or license from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Familiarity with educational technology and its integration in the classroom
