Job Description
- Understand clients’ needs and develop plans to address them.
- Resolve clients’ complaints quickly and effectively
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with marketing team to execute health plans and activities for the clients
- Recommend ways of improving client satisfaction
- Identifying clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of each client table of benefits
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure clients requests are met
- Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prepare reports and tracking sheets.
- Project management skills to handle (coordinate) multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality of work.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management.
- Problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills
