Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Amman, Jordan office:

Talent Strategy Project Manager

What can you expect?

As a Talent Strategy Project Manager, you will play a significant role in the firm’s growth and client success.

• You will support clients globally with a focus on the GCC region and ensure they can positively impact their business outcomes.
• You will work with clients and partners to lead projects across various sectors including banking, government entities, retail, academic institutions, pharmaceuticals, and aviation.
• You will ensure that you build and maintain positive relationships with your clients and across different team internally (sales, data, platform, finance etc).
  
  

We will count on you to:

As a Talent Strategy Project Manager, you will be responsible for working with our clients on their assessment and development priorities, including end-to-end project management.

• Delivers projects on talent assessment and talent management, including but not limited to high potential identification, succession planning, human capital transformation, and change, leadership development, and coaching.
• Build effective relationships with our existing and potential clients.
• Create and design custom assessments, reports, and solutions for clients based on their talent frameworks.
• Effectively manage projects and client engagements end-to-end.
  
  

What you need to have:

• Experience in complete end to end Project Management
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Sociology, Psychology, or any relevant field
• Proven experience in a similar field within a multinational organization, consultancy or a local company
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic Language
  
  

What makes you stand out?

• A master’s degree in organizational psychology or human Capital would be an advantage
• A qualification as a BPS Chartered Occupational Psychologist (or equivalent)
