Due to growth we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Mid level.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sourcing and Attraction:
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques (online sourcing, networking, job fairs, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Craft compelling job postings and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment:
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and professional communication.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage candidate data and documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities such as background checks and drug screenings.
  • Assist with the preparation of job offers and onboarding materials.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of experience from Product or start-ups companies
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
