Responsibilities:- Work closely under the Talent Attraction Manager to design internship programs
- Handle university programs and career fairs to build relationships with students and recent graduates
- Help develop effective recruitment strategies to attract strong prospective employees
- Be closely involved with Talent Mobility programs within the company
- Maintain and build strong relationships with campuses and universities
