We are seeking a dynamic and organized Talent and Culture Coordinator to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting various talent management initiatives.

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Talent and Culture Coordinator to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting various talent management initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives
- Coordinate and execute company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and maintaining candidate databases
- Collaborate with HR team members to streamline onboarding processes for new hires
- Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights on workforce trends and metrics
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting and review cycles
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, talent management, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Demonstrated experience in event planning and coordination
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement strategies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and cultural norms is a plus
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
