Participants will gain hands-on experience in a variety of recruitment activities, supporting our mission of sourcing and selecting top talent.

Key Responsibilities in Talent Acquisition Training

• Recruitment Support: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Candidate Screening: Participate in reviewing applications and conducting initial screenings to identify strong candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate and manage interview schedules, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and interviewers.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing our employer branding efforts by supporting various recruitment marketing activities.
