As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. Your expertise in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates will play a crucial role in building a high-performing workforce.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify top talent.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records and hiring metrics.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best recruitment practices.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance [Company Name]’s attractiveness as an employer of choice.
  
  

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of experience from Product or start-ups companies
• Bachelor's degree
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
