Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to join our team. You will be tasked with developing recruitment strategies and improving processes to ensure the company meets its hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies: Design effective plans to attract qualified candidates and achieve recruitment objectives.

·        Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates: Assess candidates' skills and qualifications through individual and group interviews.

·        Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs: Work with various teams to understand their staffing requirements and expectations.

·        Manage the recruitment process from start to finish: Oversee all stages of the hiring process, from job postings to actual onboarding.

·        Utilize various recruitment platforms to attract qualified candidates: Post job openings on multiple platforms and leverage social media to attract the required skills.

·        Provide regular reports on recruitment progress: Update management on the status of hiring processes and potential challenges.

·        Develop recruitment policies and procedures: Establish clear and standardized criteria for the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and fairness.

·        Draft job descriptions for various positions: Create accurate descriptions for each role, including tasks, responsibilities, and required skills.

·        Establish key performance indicators for employee evaluation: Develop metrics to monitor the performance of new hires and assess the success of the recruitment process.

·        Evaluate employee performance and integration into the work environment: Monitor how well new employees adapt to the company culture and ensure they meet set objectives.

Required Qualifications

·        3-5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience in fast-paced environments or startups.

·        Knowledge of the latest trends in the job market.

Skills and Competencies

·        Strong communication skills.

·        Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

·        Organizational and time management skills.

·        Ability to work under pressure.

Education and Certifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Professional certifications in recruitment are considered a plus.
