As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our group of companies. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure the acquisition of high-quality candidates who align with our group's values and objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific forums to actively source and attract talented professionals in the construction industry. Implement innovative recruitment strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, technical expertise, and cultural fit with our organization. Evaluate and compare candidates based on their relevant experience, skills, and potential for growth within the company.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and key stakeholders. Act as a brand ambassador for our company group, promoting our values, culture, and career opportunities to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Collaborative Hiring Process: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process, including job description development, interview training, and candidate selection.
  • Employer Branding: Promote our company group's unique selling points, organizational culture, and commitment to professional development and growth opportunities to contribute to the development of an attractive employer brand.
  • Talent Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to identify best practices and innovative recruitment strategies. Provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes.
  • Data-driven Approach: Utilize recruitment analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the talent acquisition process.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and experience, as well as cultural fit within the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
