Talent Acquisition Manager

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Talent Acquisition Head - Saudi National to be based in Jeddah.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Develop a strategic plan to meet the company’s objectives.
• Responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a trusted relationship with key partners and stakeholders.
• Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.
• Manage and develop the department SOPs, policies, procedures, processes, structure, and SLAs.
• Develop the Talent Acquisition KPIs and monitor the implementation to ensure the achievement of the set KPIs.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• To comply with Saudization, our client is required to hire a Saudi National for this position.
• Bachelor’s degree is a must. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG Industry.
• Experience in project management.
• Excellent communication, strategic mindset, and effective leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
