Job Description

Main Activities:

The KSA - Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across all business functions within BRF KSA. The role will drive employer branding, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with Saudization and labor laws, contributing to the company’s overall growth and success.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • (CIPD Level 3 is plus) / (SHRM – CP is plus)
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi labor market, Saudization policies, and recruitment trends.
  • Experience managing recruitment across multiple functions in a multinational or large-scale organization.


Experience:


  • Experience in FMCG and manufacturing industries.
  • Experience in managing Saudization projects/initiatives.
  • Experience in developing and executing manpower planning and outsourcing recruitment.


Specific Knowledge & Professional Skills


  • Experience in recruitment module of SuccessFactors or any other ERP system.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic (must).


RESPONSIBILITIES AREAS

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution


  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies customized for the Saudi market to attract top talent for BRF.
  • Lead the complete recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and create customized hiring strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and direct headhunting.
  • Enhance the efficiency and compliance of BRF.


Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline


  • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to enhance recruitment campaigns and increase BRF’s visibility in the talent market.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position BRF KSA as an employer of choice.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top talent, proactively engaging with potential candidates.
  • Represent BRF at job fairs, university career events, and industry networking gatherings.


RESPONSIBILITIES AREAS

Stakeholder Management


  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, search firms, and other talent acquisition partners as needed.


Compliance & Reporting


  • Ensure all hiring activities align with Saudi labor laws and Saudization requirements.
  • Monitor and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity, candidate experience, etc.) to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, adopting industry best practices and innovative approaches
