Main Purpose:
As the Talent Acquisition Director, you will own and shape the end-to-end recruitment strategy. You'll be responsible for developing innovative hiring processes, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports company growth.
- Forecast hiring needs and build workforce plans in collaboration with leadership.
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing talent acquisition team.
- Oversee all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish KPIs to track and improve hiring performance.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling employer branding campaigns.
- Leverage social media, job boards, and networking events to showcase [Startup Name] as an employer of choice.
- Foster a seamless and engaging experience for candidates, ensuring clear communication at every stage.
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Drive initiatives to ensure diverse talent pipelines and inclusive hiring practices.
- Partner with internal teams to align DEI goals with hiring efforts.
- Evaluate and implement tools and platforms to streamline recruitment processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in scaling recruitment efforts in a high-growth startup or dynamic organization.
- Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and modern talent acquisition practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics tools, and sourcing platforms.
- Experience leading diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring processes.
- Strong ability to build and manage relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
