General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

A detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Administrator with expertise in managing the Taqat platform. This role will be responsible for supporting recruitment efforts by managing the Taqat website, posting job vacancies, tracking candidates, and ensuring compliance with local employment regulations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Taqat system and be passionate about helping streamline the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage job postings on the Taqat website, ensuring they are updated and aligned with business needs.
  • Track and monitor the progress of candidate applications through the Taqat platform.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Ministry of Labor requirements related to Taqat postings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Taqat systems functionalities, updates, and compliance regulations.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and tracking candidates through the Taqat platform.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions and postings meet specific role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records within the internal HR systems.
  • Generate and provide regular reports on Taqat platform activity, including job postings, candidate status, and hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure all data on the Taqat platform is accurate, up-to-date, and properly recorded for reporting and compliance purposes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Taqat-related queries within the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including HR and compliance, to ensure smooth integration of Taqat with other recruitment processes.
  • Stay informed on Saudi labour laws and regulations to ensure recruitment practices via Taqat are in full compliance.
  • Advise the Talent Acquisition team on any changes in Taqat usage policies or labour law requirements.
  • Provide a professional level resume reformatting, grammatical corrections, and targeted content, ensuring accuracy and strategic phrasing of responsibilities and accomplishments.
  • Develop high-quality Project Description text for Hill projects and circulate it for review and approval by appropriate staff.
  • Work in partnership with all recruiters across the Middle East, helping support them.
  • Assist recruiters in implementing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
  • Maintain new hires files, projects files, and shared folders.
  • Run reports about job posts, candidates' applications, open job requisitions, and other reports that would be required.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0-3 experience in a similar Talent Acquisition or HR support role.
  • Strong understanding of the Taqat platform and Saudi labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
