Job Description:
Specifically related to hospitality reservations systems including but not limited to Sinexis - Opera - Wedec - Sevenrooms - Mindbody - Peoplevine - POS and co-ordination of these systems for a seamless user experience and interface with the front end app and websites.
The Systems Revenue & Yield Manager is responsible for the implementation, overseeing, and optimizing the systems that support the business development processes. This role involves managing CRM systems, sales tracking platforms, and other tools essential for business growth. The manager ensures that the team has access to effective tools to track leads, manage client relationships, and facilitate data-driven decision-making to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Oversee and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring it is used effectively by the sales and business development teams for lead generation, tracking, and client management.
- Sales Support: Develop and implement systems to track sales performance, pipeline, and revenue growth. Provide insights and reports on business development activities.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales and business development data, generating reports and insights that inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Systems Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve business development systems, ensuring they remain efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business development, marketing, and IT teams to ensure systems are fully integrated and support business development objectives. In particular to lead on the digital guest journey app and website integrations femur a seamless user journey.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in business development processes and implement strategies to optimize workflow, data tracking, and reporting.
- Lead Generation Support: Implement tools and systems to support lead generation and conversion processes, ensuring business development teams have the resources needed to generate new opportunities.
- Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to the business development team on the use of systems and tools, ensuring they are equipped to use them effectively.
- Project Management: Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving business development systems and processes.
Education & Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development systems management, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
