System Endpoint Engineer (Saudi National)

A leading global law firm is seeking a full-time System Endpoint Engineer to join its Riyadh, Saudi Arabia office. The role offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
The System Endpoint Engineer will implement and support technologies related to computer endpoints, operating systems, and application delivery across both physical and virtual environments. Your day to day is creating and maintaining operating system images using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and/or third-party tools.
Key Responsibilities
Design, maintain, and troubleshoot OS images and task sequences through Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune Autopilot for diverse physical and virtual platforms.
Install, configure, manage, and support endpoints using MECM and Intune.
Package and deploy applications using MECM, MSI, MST, and industry-standard tools such as Flexera AdminStudio, PSAppDeployToolkit, Advanced Installer, PACE Suite, and Orca.
Manage and troubleshoot on-premises and cloud-based policies (Group Policy, Intune) with a focus on application delivery and endpoint management.
Perform advanced troubleshooting using tools such as ProcMon, Process Explorer, Fiddler, and Wireshark.
Manage and maintain user profile solutions including FSLogix, Citrix Profile Management (CPM), and UE-V.
Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell and VBScript.
Configure, deploy, and monitor OS and application updates through WSUS, MECM, Intune, and other delivery tools.
Recommend and implement enhancements to endpoint architecture and design.
Prepare and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 Enterprise functions, configuration, and deployment.
Hands-on experience with MECM, Intune, Autopilot, and related tools for managing Windows, Office, and third-party applications.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, and Intune CSPs.
Familiarity with endpoint virtualization technologies (Citrix or VMware).
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune administration.
Strong troubleshooting skills related to hardware, applications, and end-user performance.
Ability to script using PowerShell and/or VBScript.
Knowledge of BitLocker encryption, BIOS configuration, and workstation-level security.
Understanding of networking fundamentals including DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, subnets, VLANs, and wired/wireless topologies.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of experience creating and maintaining OS images using MECM or related tools.
Minimum 3 years of experience with MECM and WSUS for OS patching, application packaging, and updates.
Microsoft certifications and Citrix experience are an advantage.
Experience with Visual Studio for basic utility development is a plus.
Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred.
