Support Services Specialist

Location: Al Salama Hospital

Reporting To: Housing and Transportation Supervisor

About the Role:

Responsible for ensuring high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, comfort, and problem solving for all support services departments daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct minor maintenance and repair work across hospital facilities.
• Oversee support service functions such as accommodation, transportation, safety, and supply coordination.
• Assess and recommend upgrades to equipment based on technology and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and routine inspection.
• Respond efficiently to service requests, ensuring timely completion and satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare management.
• Knowledge of government regulations related to accommodations.
• Hospitality and CBAHI (Saudi healthcare accreditation) experience is a plus.

Education:

• SCFHS license required.
• University degree in Healthcare Management or equivalent preferred.
