Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and preventing shortages or overages.
• Manage purchasing orders, vendor relationships, and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely supply flow.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, track stock movement, and maintain up-to-date records in inventory management systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast supply needs and align procurement with project timelines.
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Experience with tools like SAP, Oracle, or similar systems for tracking and managing inventory.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis to monitor inventory metrics and produce actionable reports.
- Skilled in negotiating with vendors and managing supplier performance.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or procurement.
- Ability to anticipate supply needs based on project requirements and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Understanding of logistics principles, including order fulfillment, shipping, and warehousing.
- Certification in supply chain (e.g., APICS, CPIM) is a plus.
