Job Purpose:
Support Operation & Maintenance Functions by effective supervising the plant electrical team to do safe execution, problem resolution activities to run the plant safely & efficiently without interruption and with effective cost optimization. The activities may incudes Routine, Preventive, Emergency, Shutdown and Turnaround activities of assigned area. Troubleshooting and guiding technician for notification compliance of daily activity in the plant supported by Engineers and specialist. Ensure the quality of job being executed in order to minimize unscheduled breakdown or production stoppage. Ensure safety procedures and practices were followed to ensure zero incident rate. Train develop the subordinates and evaluate their performance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure safety procedures & practices are followed to achieve zero incident rate. Conduct toolbox meetings. Maintain housekeeping. Follow SHEM/OMS procedures.
- Drive the team to follow the required SMP’s, adhere to the OMS and company policies and procedures requirement and drive the team accordingly.
- Lead the execution team to maintain the plant safely and cost effectively.
- Review daily and weekly workloads, interprets specifications, drawing and work orders to subordinates and assigned duties to work groups and resources to complete the safely and effectively.
- support Analyzing the problems of equipment, process and systems to identify the issue and inform subordinates about the method and techniques to be followed. Suggesting new idea proposal for maintenance strategy.
- Review the tools and spares requirements and availability of materials and resources to ensure that work can be completed in time.
- Develop the assigned technician to meet the standards and evaluate their progress. Manage conflicts and implement methods to motivating employees.
- Ensure work rules compliance and promote teamwork in close cooperation with other supervisors in the department.
- Ensure all data required to be filled in SAP with high quality with maintaining the maintenance KPI's effectively.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience.
Work Availability
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Monday – Friday)] during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
