Supervisor - CFO Services Division

We are seeking a qualified Finance Supervisor to oversee financial operations and lead client service teams within our CFO services division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver strategic financial support to a portfolio of clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and review the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage a team of accountants and junior staff, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables. Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, providing financial insights and strategic guidance. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for clients. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., SOCPA, IFRS, GAAP). Review and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting as needed. Collaborate with CFOs or senior finance leaders to support business planning and financial strategy.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
• Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA) – completed or in progress.
• Experience 3-4 Years.
