Job Purpose

The Subsidiaries Board Secretaries Senior Expert is responsible for ensuring effective governance across subsidiary boards by appointing dedicated board secretaries, facilitating seamless collaboration between the Group and subsidiary boards, and promoting adherence to corporate governance best practices. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibility

• Governance Guidance: Provide advice on corporate governance best practices to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of meetings, including minutes and resolutions, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
• Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between subsidiary boards, management, and stakeholders to enhance information flow.
• Resource Provision: Ensure subsidiary boards have access to necessary tools and resources for effective governance.
