Job Description:


A career as a Strategy & Planning Graduate allows you the opportunity to gain exposure and growth expertise on a wide palette of cutting-edge technologies while being involved in delivering business-critical projects. Our program provide you with an opportunity to gain real world experience and make an immediate impact at HPE. You’ll get assigned meaningful projects, gain exposure to leaders, and connect with other graduates. Key aspects of our graduate program include learning and professional development, social and networking events, and volunteer opportunities.

What you’ll do:

  • Create, provide, and develop reporting packs for senior executives that track change within the business and assist in crucial decision-making processes.
  • Present and clearly communicate important strategic and financial information on a weekly basis using a variety of mediums
  • Support members of a unique area of the Enterprise Group on a daily basis.
  • Liaise with sales specialists and account managers to monitor business activities and offering support to them whenever necessary.
  • Use an analytical approach, provide valuable feedback, thoughts and opinions to the strategy, sales and finance teams.

What you’ll need:

  • You graduated in 2023 or will graduate in 2024 & pursued or pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems Management or similar field
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office to a high standard (particularly Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage relationships at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills
