Strategy Manager (Saudi National) - 6-Month Engagement

Location: Riyadh, KSA.

Years of Experience: 10+ years in total (5+ years in Strategy).

Project Duration: 6 months.

Working Arrangement: on-site.

Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

Starting Date: as soon as possible.

Nationalities: Saudi Nationals.

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Manager (Saudi National) for a 6-month engagement to lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in strategy formulation, operating model development, and KPI management. This role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to drive business transformation, improve operational efficiency, and ensure long-term sustainability.

Key Requirements

• Saudi National (mandatory).
• A minimum of 10+ years of total professional experience.
• At least 5+ years of focused experience in strategy.
• Strong expertise in strategy formulation.
• Strong expertise in developing and implementing operating models.
• Extensive experience in KPI development, performance tracking, and strategic reporting.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development & Formulation
• Lead the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan.
• Identify long-term goals and define action plans to achieve organizational objectives.
• KPI Development & Performance Monitoring
• Design and monitor KPIs to track the success of strategic initiatives.
• Ensure performance metrics are aligned with business objectives and operational targets.
• Operating Model Design
• Develop and refine operating models to optimize business processes and organizational efficiency.
• Ensure alignment between the operating model and strategic objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategy with corporate goals.
• Prepare and present strategic reports and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement & Evaluation
• Conduct regular reviews of strategic initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
