Job description:

الغرض من الوظيفة

تنفيذ الاستراتيجية للمركز من خلال تطوير الخطط التنفيذية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والتعاون مع فرق العمل والموارد لتحقيق الأهداف بالإضافة إلى تقديم التوصيات لتحسين الأداء الاستراتيجي وحل التحديات والالتزام بالمعايير والسياسات المؤسسية أثناء التنفيذ.

الأدوار والمسؤوليات التخصصية:

تنفيذ استراتيجيات ومبادرات المركز والمشاريع الاستراتيجية وضمان تحقيق الأهداف المحددة
تنفيذ مؤشرات الأداء الاستراتيجية والتنفيذية على مستوى المركز
اصدار وتحديث التقارير الشهرية على مستوى القطاعات والتقارير الربعية والسنوية لتنفيذ الاستراتيجية على مستوى اللجنة الاشرافية والتنفيذية ومجلس الإدارة
تحديد التحديات المحتملة أثناء تنفيذ الاستراتيجية واقتراح الحلول المناسبة
تنفيذ الخطط والمبادرات الاستراتيجية الوطنية المتقاطعة مع اعمال المركز
تنفيذ اعمال المؤشرات الوطنية المسقطة من الجهات الرقابية والاشرافية والتنظيمية
التعاون مع فرق المشاريع في النقاط الزمنية الرئيسية في دورة حياة المشروع لضمان أن الأداء الفعلي يتماشى مع الخطة الاستراتيجية ويوفر إرشادات تدخلية متقدمة عند الحاجة
التعاون مع إدارة الشراكات الاستراتيجية لبناء شراكات داخلية وخارجية لدعهم تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية
إدارة وبناء التقرير السنوي
التواصل الفعال لتقديم الاستشارات والدعم المطلوب من القطاعات بشأن كآفة اعمال التنفيذ الاستراتيجي

المؤهلات والخبرات للوظيفة

المؤهل التعليمي:

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الإدارة المؤسسية أو ما يعادلها

الشهادات المهنية/ الإضافية

شهادة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال، الإدارة المؤسسية أو ما يعادلها

الشهادات المهنية مثل

سنوات الخبرة:

حد ادنى 4 سنوات خبره
