We are looking for a results-driven and relationship-focused Strategic Partnerships Manager to identify, establish, and manage key business partnerships. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving growth by creating strategic alliances that enhance our market position, expand reach, and generate revenue. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to negotiate agreements, manage collaborations, and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential strategic partners aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to maximize value for the company.
- Monitor and measure partnership performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to implement partnership initiatives effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive alliances, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management on partnership strategy and outcomes.
- Resolve partner issues proactively to maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate alliances.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to identify, structure, and execute strategic partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with experience in evaluating partnership ROI and performance metrics.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Number and quality of strategic partnerships established.
- Revenue contribution and ROI from partnerships.
- Partner satisfaction and retention rates.
- Timeliness and effectiveness of partnership execution.
- Strategic alignment and business impact of partnership initiatives.
