Job Description

The role leads the sales team, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive performance. The role manages a product portfolio or new market, improving sales and margins and expanding opportunities. The role resolves complex issues during sales processes to maintain client satisfaction.
Your role:
- Leads commercial partnerships with customers in a multiple country or multiple markets, focus is KSA , ensuring revenue growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and negotiating contracts to maximize market share and profitability.
- Develops the sales strategy and plan, including sales forecasts and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) execution, to drive revenue growth, optimize market opportunities, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Leads the sales team, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams and market stakeholders to drive sales performance, align strategies, and ensure seamless execution of market initiatives.
- Leads a moderate product portfolio or a new product/market combination by improving sales and margins with existing direct and indirect customers, identifies new customers within the defined strategy, and expanding business opportunities to drive growth and strategic objectives.
- Addresses and resolves complex conflicts or issues arising during the sales process promptly, ensuring effective solutions to maintain positive client relationships and uphold customer satisfaction and trust.
- Gains and maintains market information and knowledge to effectively capture and sustain targeted market shares across the assigned product portfolio, ensuring competitive positioning and alignment with strategic business goals.
- Develops strategies to generate new leads, enhance market reach, and expand the customer base, focusing on identifying growth opportunities, optimizing lead generation channels, and driving customer acquisition.
- Reviews and enhances sales processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness by identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and leveraging data-driven insights to streamline workflows and drive better sales outcomes.
- Ensures compliance performance within the designated market, addresses compliance issues, and oversees quality and regulatory functions to provide accurate and timely information for management review.
- Leads succession planning and comprehensive talent management, driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, and career development in alignment with organizational operational goals.
- May drive budget planning and P&L management to optimize profitability and enhance financial performance.
- Bachelor's/ master’s degree Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with Bachelor's ,preferably Master's in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Business Development, E-commerce, Marketing technology, Healthcare or equivalent.
- KSA MOH knowledge is a strong asset.
- Fluent in English and Arabic is a must.
