We are seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage the day-to-day operations of warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound goods, inventory control, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and a solid understanding of warehouse systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• Plan and execute all warehouse operations including receiving and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ensure timely and precise responses to internal and external requests.
• Supervise warehouse workers and monitor performance and task progress.
• Prioritize incoming orders and ensure efficient workflow.
• Identify goods that require special handling and determine appropriate procedures.
• Ensure product availability in alignment with customer demand.
• Verify the quality and accuracy of outgoing shipments.
• Monitor warehouse supply needs (e.g., office supplies, equipment maintenance) and follow up until completion.

• التعرف على البضائع التي تتطلب معاملة خاصة وتحديد الإجراءات المناسبة.
• التأكد من توفر المنتجات بناءً على طلبات العملاء.
• التحقق من جودة ودقة الشحنات الصادرة.
• متابعة احتياجات المستودع من مستلزمات مكتبية وصيانة المعدات حتى التسليم.
  
  

Requirements | المتطلبات

• Saudi National only
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Previous experience in warehouse/storekeeping is a plus
• سعودي الجنسية فقط
• دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة
• إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office وأنظمة ERP
• مهارات تنظيمية والقدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
• يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال المستودع
