Store Manager (National Talent)

Overall Purpose of the Role:

To manage daily store operations, ensuring sales targets are achieved while maintaining

ZARA’s brand standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience. To lead,

motivate, and develop the store team toward operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise, motivate, and develop the team.

 Ensure compliance with daily operational procedures (cash handling, security,

health, and safety).

 Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when needed.

 Organize product displays according to best sellers and seasonal trends.

 Manage stock levels, replenishment, and coordination with commercial teams.

 Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns effectively.

 Control expenses within the allocated budget.

Qualifications & Experience:

 Language: Excellent English proficiency.

 Experience: Previous experience in the fashion industry.

 Skills: Strong reporting and documentation skills.

 Previous experience in fashion retail.

 Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

 Passion for fashion and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
