- مسؤول عن الإدارة الشاملة للمتجر والارتقاء بكافة العناصر الأساسية.
- المسؤولية التامة عن المبالغ المحصلة من المتجر وإيداعها في حساب البنكي لشركة
- يخطط جدول العمل الأسبوعي ويخصص المهام اليومية.
- يعقد اجتماعات يومية قصيرة مع الموظفين بأداء أدوارهم ومسؤولياتهم.
- يقوم بتدريب وإشراف الموظفين الجدد وتقييم مدى استيعابهم للمعلومات. يقدم ملاحظات بناءة للإدارة حول فرص التحسين المستمر.
- يضمن عرض المنتجات وفقًا لإرشادات العلامة التجارية.
- يضمن عمل نقاط البيع والمعدات الأخرى بشكل صحيح.
- يتعاون مع فريق مسؤولين العرض والتسويق والمالية.
- يضمن مستويات عالية من رضا العملاء من خلال الخدمة الممتازة.
- يعالج شكاوى العملاء بشكل استباقي.

- تحقيق أهداف مبيعات الإيرادات الشهرية / السنوية.
- مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المخصصة.
- تحقيق هدف التصنيف وفقًا لمقياس صافي الترشيح (NPS) لتقييم مدى ولاء العملاء.
- تحسين التكاليف التشغيلية للمتجر .
- مراقبة انكماش المخزون والسيطرة عليه.
- التأكد من تعقيم وتنظيف أرضية المتجر بالكامل / المخزن بعد 24 ساعة.
- مراقبة مخاطر وسلامة الصحة في مكان العمل.
- التأكد من أن جميع الموظفين على دراية تامة بكيفية تقليل أو تجنب المخاطر والسلامة في مكان العمل.
- التأكد من تدريب جميع الموظفين جيدًا على عملية الحريق ومكافحته.
- التأكد من صيانة مطفأة الحريق بانتظام من قبل البائع المعتمد.
- التأكد من توفر تفاصيل الاتصال بالطوارئ في المتجر.
- Responsible for the overall management of the store and the upgrading of all essential elements.
- Full responsibility for the amounts collected from the store and depositing them in the bank account of the company
- Full responsibility for the amounts received by the administration, which are amounts for petty cash, recovery and preservation.
- Plans the weekly work schedule and allocates daily tasks.
- Holds short daily meetings with employees performing their roles and responsibilities.
- Trains and supervises new employees and assesses their absorption of information. Provides constructive feedback to management about opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintains inventory in full number to reduce cases of depletion of goods and makes a monthly inventory and the monthly inventory must be matched to the system or system of the company.
- Ensures that products are displayed in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Ensures that POS and other equipment work properly.
- Collaborates with the team of display, marketing and finance officials.
- Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handles customer complaints proactively.
- Ensures growth and continuous increase in the rate of remittances and operations.
- Gain deep knowledge of brands, eyewear products and good knowledge of competing brands.
- Lead by example and reflect the values of branding, integrity and discipline.
- Compliance with operational standards and company policies.
- Decrease the percentage of loss of inventory by decrease loss.
- Arranging and coordinating the exhibition and making it ready for customers at all times and following the instructions of the area manager or the direct manager in everything related to work and his directives
- Achieve monthly/yearly revenue sales targets.
- Custom KPIs.
- Achieve the Net Filtration Rating (NPS) rating objective to assess customer loyalty.
- Optimize the operational costs of the store.
- Inventory shrinkage monitoring and control.
- Ensure that the entire store/pantry floor is sanitized and cleaned after 24 hours.
- Monitor workplace health risks and safety.
- Ensure that all employees are fully aware of how to minimize or avoid hazards and safety in the workplace.
- Ensure that all employees are well trained in the fire process and fighting.
- Ensure that the fire extinguisher is regularly maintained by the authorized seller.
- Ensure that emergency contact details are available in the store.

- You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Retail.
- You are resourceful, driven, and are able to multi-task and manage store operations effectively.
- You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
