Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of stock items, materials, and travel-related supplies
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and ensure proper documentation
• Organize and store items in designated areas for easy access and safety
• Issue materials to staff as needed and record every transaction accurately
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management in a timely manner
• Prepare inventory reports and assist in periodic stock audits
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store area
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of required materials
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines for inventory handling

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory or warehouse management is a plus
• 1–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory software
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically capable of handling materials and maintaining store operations
