Stakeholder Manager (Saudi National) - #16406
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Stakeholder Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to perform a variety of engineering tasks by applying standard engineering techniques and analyses within a discipline.
What You'll Be Doing:
Aware of the authorities’ standards and requirements.
Monitor progress of drawings and documentation for NOCs.
Coordination with the Client dealings (both internal and external) and liaise with all government offices and service authorities in KSA for all technical queries and issues.
Track utilities NOCs and ensure all of them are completed on time.
Liaise with all relevant Agencies / Authorities and Client team to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs.
Attend coordination meetings and provide support during NOC process to the design team.
Participate in project design meetings and recommend improvements if needed.
Coordinate and collect information from relevant Agencies, third party consultants and contractors for all technical queries and issues, to prepare weekly and monthly reports, as well as design drawings for management and clients.
Attend project meetings and follow-up with outstanding tasks.
Complete additional duties as assigned.
Having 5-7 years of relevant work experience in NOC role preferably in infrastructure industry.
Proven experience in dealing and liaising with government authorities in KSA.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering in related technical field and typically 12+ years of broad and diversified technical experience or master’s degree in engineering and 10+ years of experience.
Professional Engineer registration in field of expertise is preferred. Active membership in a professional society is also preferred.
Must have knowledge and experience in dealing with the approval process for infrastructure and buildings projects with the specific statutory authority/stakeholder in KSA.
Fluency in written and verbal communication (English and Arabic)
Strong leadership qualities and a track record of delivery.
Proven experience in innovation and process optimization
Good time management ability and competence in prioritizing tasks and workload.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office software. Ability to use Auto-CAD preferable.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels including external stakeholders.
