The role will be key to managing and coordinating stakeholder relationships for large-scale high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination within a consultancy environment.""
Responsibilities
Develop and implement stakeholder management strategies aligned with project goals and client expectations.
Act as the primary liaison between WSP, clients, governmental authorities, and other key project stakeholders.
Identify, analyze, and map project stakeholders to understand their influence and interests.
Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and ensure effective communication channels are maintained.
Support planning approvals and permitting processes by coordinating with relevant regulatory bodies and government agencies.
Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, presentations, and consultations.
Document all communications and agreements made with stakeholders to ensure transparency and traceability.
Work closely with project managers, design teams, and construction personnel to integrate stakeholder feedback into project delivery.
Resolve conflicts or issues with stakeholders diplomatically and effectively.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in stakeholder management, ideally within high-rise building or major infrastructure projects.
Strong consultancy background with experience delivering on complex, high-value developments.
Proven experience working with government entities and local authorities in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing interests in a dynamic project environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
