Stakeholder Liaison Officer

Position Summary: Serves as the primary link between the project and governmental/institutional stakeholders within KSA, facilitating communications and securing necessary governmental approvals. Reporting to the Project Director / Senior Project Manager.

Key Qualifications And Requirements (Mandatory)

• Educational Foundation: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree, requiring at least 5 years of overall professional experience regardless of degree type. The preferred educational background is Secondary education.
• Mandatory Certification: No specific certification is mandatory.
• Nationality & Experience: Mandatory requirement for Saudi nationality combined with necessary experience with institutions (governmental agencies, regulatory bodies, and local authorities). This is a key role for coordinating authority approvals.

Core Duties And Responsibilities

• Official Point of Contact: Act as the official liaison for external governmental bodies, including regulatory authorities, municipalities, and security agencies.
• Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture positive and productive relationships with all key government stakeholders to resolve operational issues and align strategic project objectives.
• Approvals Coordination: Coordinate and follow up with Statutory Authorities to secure all necessary final inspection approvals required for construction phases and eventual certification of final completion.
