The project:

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of world-class assets supporting major sporting events, including the development of multiple stadiums. Mace is at the forefront of this landmark program with a highly motivated client organisation and seeks results-driven professionals to join our exceptional teams, driving excellence at every stage of these high-profile projects.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Define and arrange project management, technical services, and resources to meet client objectives.
• Lead collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Demonstrate Safety First principles and embed Mace’s HSW framework throughout all phases.
• Procure and manage design teams and consultants, ensuring scope, fees, and variations are controlled.
• Oversee delivery from inception to completion, managing programme, milestones, and budgets.
• Maintain project plans, risk strategies, and robust quality systems aligned with Service Excellence.
• Coordinate meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communications to ensure accountability and progress.
• Champion sustainability, digital innovation, and net zero carbon goals across all project stages.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential.
• 15+ years postgraduate professional experience is essential.
• Stadium, Events or Sports venue experience is an advantage.
• Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.
