Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proactive and experienced SSOC Manager to enhance our Security Operations Center (SOC). This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the security monitoring and incident response processes, ensuring our infrastructure and data are robustly protected against cyber threats. The SSOC Manager will lead a talented team to create a resilient security environment, drive incident response initiatives, and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Security Operations Center operations, providing strategic direction for threat detection and incident response
  • Develop, implement, and refine incident response strategies to enhance the efficiency of operations
  • Monitor security alerts and incidents, providing timely analysis and escalation as necessary
  • Collaborate with various business units to integrate security best practices and coordinate response efforts
  • Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents and develop post-incident reports that outline lessons learned
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of SOC analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
  • Identify and recommend improvements to security tools and processes based on industry developments
  • Prepare and present detailed security reports to senior management highlighting key incidents, trends, and operational metrics
  • Stay informed on emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices to keep the organization secure

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or similar) are preferred
  • 5-7 relevant years of experience in cybersecurity, with a minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory role within a SOC
  • Extensive knowledge of incident response, security operations, and risk management processes
  • Hands-on experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities, with experience in developing team talent
  • Effective communication skills to present security issues and build consensus among stakeholders
  • Adept at multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
