Job description:

Job Purpose

Implement HSE requirements as per the company policy and conduct and Propose for HSE compliance. Generate statistical reports relate to incident, accident, near mises, loss man hours.

Key Accountability Areas

Health:

  • Monitors and reports any employee illnesses or health concerns to ensure timely action.
  • Oversees and ensures the implementation of employee welfare programs and initiatives.

Safety:

  • Supervises and ensures strict compliance with the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in alignment with work requirements.
  • Identifies potential risks and hazards, conducts assessments, and recommends appropriate control measures.
  • Regularly updates and reviews the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) to align with operational changes.

Environment:

  • Measures and analyzes noise levels within factory premises and develops corrective actions, including recommendations for suitable PPE in affected areas.

Documentation:

  • Prepares detailed reports on incidents, near misses,
Role Accountability

HR Proficiency:

  • Collaborate with teams to get the work effectively achieved.
  • Ensure effective communication with peers and managers, and show openness to directions and feedback.

Delivery:

  • Execute the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Use resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.

Problem-Solving:

  • Solve any related issues arise and escalate any complex operational problems.

Quality:

  • Follow quality requirements and specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process & Compliance:

  • Execute and comply related tasks as per defined policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Safety:

  • Adhere to all Safety procedures and regulations.
Academic Qualification Bachelor Degree in Any relevant field Work Experience 2 to 4 Years Technical / Functional Competencies Safety Awareness and Compliance Safety Reviews and Inspections
