Sr. Training Specialist

DAR Engineering is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Training Specialist to lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs at project sites. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in learning principles, instructional design, and a master at creating engaging and impactful learning experiences. This role will be closely working with organizational employees to identify training needs, deliver organizational training, and continuously improve our training methodologies.

• • Training Design and Development: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of training programs and delivery
  • Needs Assessment: Partner with department leaders to conduct training needs analyses, identify skills gaps, and translate business objectives into effective learning solutions.
  • Training Delivery and Facilitation: Facilitate dynamic and engaging training sessions for employees at all levels, using a variety of delivery methods to maximize learning and retention.
  • Training Analytics and Reporting: Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of training programs. Use data and feedback to make continuous improvements.
  • Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and learning technologies to ensure our programs are innovative and effective.
  • Training Surveys: Design Training Survey and conduct survey feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and improve the quality of training.

• Aility to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job
• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
• Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a training and development role, preferably with consultancy companies

• Arabic language (Native)
• Excellent english language communication skills
