Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sustainability initiatives for construction projects, ensuring compliance with LEED standards and MOSTADAM requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to integrate sustainable practices into design and construction processes.
- Conduct regular site assessments to monitor compliance with sustainability goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit documentation for LEED certification and MOSTADAM compliance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Facilitate coordination meetings with stakeholders to discuss sustainability objectives, progress, and challenges.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on sustainability strategies, energy modeling, and resource optimization.
- Evaluate materials and products for sustainability, including lifecycle assessments and environmental impact considerations.
- Assist in the development of sustainability training programs for staff and project teams.
- Prepare sustainability reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for further development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainable construction and green building certifications.
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sustainability engineering, with a focus on LEED and MOSTADAM certifications.
- LEED AP credential nad MOSTADAM AP is required; additional sustainability certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of green building practices, sustainable materials, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills with a focus on sustainability goals and timelines.
- Proficient in sustainability assessment tools and software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
