An exciting opportunity is available for Senior Supervisor Plastics, based in Dammam, KSA who will report directly to Production Superintendent.

Summary:

We are seeking for a motivated Senior Supervisor Plant who will supervises the shift activities and manages the manpower required to carry them out. They are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment.

Supervises employees on an assigned shift to ensure manufacture of products, parts, components or assemblies, or to perform service functions within timing, quality, and cost standards. Has greater emphasis on skilled operations, such as, continuous process operations, troubleshooting. Typically requires a high level of technical skill to assist operators with troubleshooting and problem resolution.

In this role, you will be responsible of:

• Supervises Large activities ensuring that field activities are coordinated during normal, start up and emergency situations.
• Determines operation priorities based on production plans and makes proper adjustments and coordinate with other plants.
• Leads work area in operational/job safety analysis meetings, providing advice and support to other departments
• Acts as the issuing authority, signing work permits for larger scope to ensure that jobs can be carried out safely
• Conducts an advanced observations on unsafe/safe acts and reports in timely manner.
• Directs all related personnel actions, including training, performance appraisal, and discipline.
• Prepares relevant shift/daily reports to ensure stake holder are informed of the process status.
• Participates in training to ensure standards of performance are achieved
  
  

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Degree or Diploma combined with relevant experience.
• 5 years’ experience with Degree or 10 years’ experience with Diploma is desirable with 5 years supervisory experience
