As a Sr. Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales success by managing key customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and leading sales strategies.

This role offers the chance to influence team performance, develop junior sales talent, and directly contribute to achieving ambitious revenue targets in a dynamic environment.

You will also have the opportunity to apply your expertise in customer engagement and account management while advancing your career in the Maritime Shipping industry.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and generate sales opportunities by engaging with customers across various communication channels.
  • Execute the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring opportunities are fully leveraged.
  • Monitor and benchmark company offerings against competitors to stay ahead of market trends and deliver competitive solutions.

 

Customer Engagement:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster trust, loyalty, and mutual growth.
  • Identify and pursue potential sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Lead regular business reviews with key customers to discuss performance, resolve concerns, and align future opportunities.

 

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate and completed on time to meet customer requirements.
  • Lead the seamless execution of sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

 

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any related field of sales activity,
  • Has 3-5 years of experience in sales roles (previous shipping line experience is an advantage).
  • Has good market knowledge and experience in handling Key Accounts.
  • Excels in customer relationship management and demonstrates strong negotiation skills.
