Job Location: Vacancies available in different locations (Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam).

Department: Sales

The Sr. Sales Specialist is responsible for generating sales by dealing with customers and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of customers; in addition to coaching, motivating, and training a team of more junior sales specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contributes to achieving the Company’s overall goals and strategic direction.
• Achieves assigned sales targets in volume and gross revenue while maintaining a healthy margin.
• Conducts daily customer visits and calls in line with agreed targets.
• Acts as the main focal point for customers and represents their needs internally across all functions.
• Expands the customer base across targeted industry verticals, with a focus on developing long-term, sustainable customer relationships.
• Promotes and utilizes the full range of Company services within the assigned customer portfolio.
• Maintains system accuracy and ensures clean, updated data on a daily basis.
• Develops and submits periodic reports to support decision-making, as needed.
• Shares market updates regularly, including competitive insights and opportunities to enhance the value we offer our customers.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding.
• A valid driving license.
• Fluency in English.
• A strong local and international network of vendors and service providers (preferred).
• An existing customer portfolio in our targeted verticals (preferred).
