A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Senior Project Manager for Steam Turbine Projects/Services, you will lead high-value, complex steam turbine projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with time, cost, quality, and safety objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive project execution while mentoring team members and continuously improving processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and manage multiple steam turbine projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-discipline engineering, procurement, and field execution activities.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to performance, cost, and quality standards.
• Manage change orders, claims, and project risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports and executive summaries.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/Power Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in power generation or heavy engineering.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multidiscipline projects.
• Strong contract, commercial, and risk management experience.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
